1. Refund Eligibility

  • Products must be unused and in original packaging
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

2. Refund Process

  1. Contact our customer support team to initiate a return
  2. Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  4. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
  5. Ship the item back to our returns center

3. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product is in new, unused condition
  • All original accessories and packaging are included
  • Product shows no signs of wear or damage
  • Seals and protective films are intact

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method:

  • Credit card refunds: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal refunds: 5-10 business days
  • Store credit can be issued upon request

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refund:

  • Clearance or final sale items
